Long-running graff-inspired clothing brand, Conart, has been doing their thing since 1989, and are still around today.
The brand was one of the first labels to use raw designs by the top graffiti artists in the world, and became so popular hip-hop artists such as Notorious B.I.G., Ol' Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Red Man, The Pharcyde, Gangstarr and many others have supported them in movies, videos and advertisements.
Conart just recently opened a store at 431 N. Fairfax Ave., which is being called 'the new melrose.' They sit on the same block as Supreme, Diamond Supply, and The Hundreds. The Conart store is not only selling tshirts. They have paint and graffiti supplies, toys, black books, and is a full art gallery with the works of the best graffiti artists in the world.
They have a show coming up on Aug. 28th. All details are on their website.
Conart is getting ready to release skins for your laptop and cellphone through a company called Music Skins.
They are also getting ready for their 2010 Fall collection and has many new Conartists on the team that will bring you amazing shit as they always do!
